An ENJOYABLE stay for my shopping trip. A nice size and brand-new room, everything was outstanding. Location right by business center, a huge mall with plenty of shops, and the star. Beautiful building and rooms with 2 beds.

I liked the area as a whole. I feel that the accommodations were up to date and pretty clean. As a former Housekeeping Manager, I was very observant a few things. I was pleased at the staff as well.

Breakfast was just lovely especially the eggs and cinnamon rolls, coffee too!

Everything was excellent looking forward for another stay.

A cozy stay with unexpected quirks

Woke up surrounded by beautiful scenery and friendly staff. The breakfast vibe was uplifting, a great start to our mornings!

Unfortunately, our room had maintenance issues including a malfunctioning air conditioner and squeaky bathroom tiles. It impacted our overall comfort.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast bar was nice with a variety of breakfast foods.

The shower was open so the floor got wet when taking a shower

Room was dirty, pillows smelled terrible. Plastic wrapper from previous guest still in the bathroom. Drawers in chest didn't close. Air didn't work properly. Called down to front desk - they informed me that all the rooms would be the same and they could come up and tape the drawer shut.

The hotel offers a surprisingly decent breakfast selection and friendly staff, made the check-in process smooth. The renovated rooms were also clean and in good shape.

The private pool area was perfect for late-night swims, and I loved the complimentary fruit-filled water in the lobby!

The breakfast selection was good. The staff were friendly. There was plenty of well lit parking.

They over booked the rooms. So when I arrived, late that evening and exhausted with three kids, I was told we'd be in a room with a king bed instead of two doubles. The carpet was dirty and stained. They did bring us a roller bed, but it was also stained. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom too.

The door would not fully lock without an extra tug. No maintenance staff on duty on weekends to fix the problem. Housekeeping left the door unlocked when leaving the room. Also, I prefer my coffee to be hot rather than luke warm.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel is ideally located near plenty of restaurants and shopping options. I appreciated the friendly staff who were attentive. The room showed signs of wear, and the cleanliness could have been better.

Cleanliness and nice sized rooms

Breakfast, although free, left a little to be desired. Not much choice.

Beds were too high for my wife.
